RGA Labs is a fully integrated engineering company founded in 1998. Our mission is to provide a group of highly experienced individuals covering a variety of engineering, scientific, computing, and management fields to serve our clients.
Having employees with specialized talents in diverse areas such as research, production, energy, and industrial environments allows us to focus expertise from many fields in developing solutions to exceptionally difficult or unusual engineering problems. We maintain deep knowledge in nuclear reactor and propulsion systems.
RGA Labs is particularly focused on solving particularly difficult industrial and scientific problems, developing new technologies, and bringing new technologies into production applications. We have specialized capabilities in nuclear fuel management, including damaged fuel modeling and handling.

History
Incorporated in 1998 (Illinois S Corp.) Headquartered in Barrington Hills (N.W. of Chicago, Il.) Principals and associates are predominantly from the power generation industry with over 450 years collective experience. First major energy forecasting customer (Entergy) in 1999. First delivery of analysis & modeling results in 1999. First delivery of latest generation load forecasting (Metropolis) in 1st quarter 2002. Presently 34,000 MW under Metropolis management.
